Rogue bug?

I have noticed that when I use her special 1 and it KO's the opponent it does not grant me the lifesteal that is supposed to take place during the 2nd hit in the animation. Nothing in her info says that the special has to finish and like i said she steals health on the 2nd, out of 3, hits. Am I missing something? Is this a known issue?
