EQ completion offer?

Anyone else noticing that there's no potion offer after completing the EQ this month? Have they said whether or not this was intended? I know with them lightening up how much access we had to Revives and such, this might be intended. But usually they announce stuff like this, so I'm hoping it's just a glitch?

It didn’t pop up for me, but it was on the list of offers on the home screen this month.

.......oh. I guess I missed it this month then lol. I didn't think to check the home screen when it didn't pop up. Ah well. Next month then. Thank you for the info!
