Which 5 star tech heros worth upg?

I have some 5 star tech heros and planning to upg them for AQ, Aw, battle ground. Need your suggestions on which heros are good.

    If you do a lot of long content, go for guillotine 2099. Solid choices for average quests are hulkbuster, guardian, and nebula. Don't rank war machine or darkhawk, certainly not the best champs.
