Guardian or Warlock to rank 4 ?

Guardian is sig 100 and Warlock is sig 80 . Who do you think deserves the rankup ? I can't sig up Guardian rn as i am gonna give the sigs to FAM.

Apart from perfect and auto block , there is absolutely no utility in an unduped Guardian . Now don't tell me "damage is the greatest utility " .
