Who would be more useful as a rank 5 awakened?

So i managed to get to act 6 on my second account and i managed to get a tech awakening gem, 100 sig stones and a rank 4 to 5 tech gem so who should i rank up out of ine of them based on how useful there in 6.1?

He is tankier than the rest of them, and has a ton of damage.

Looking long term starky may be more squishy then og Ironman starky will definitely help with fights such as 6.3.6 cap
And others plus starky takes a little less skill to play
If you take up either starky or Ironman use the gem and stone on the one you rank

Right now i have spidey at rank 3 and iron man og at rank 1
