P4 ally looking for strong players

Hi there!
We are P4 for war, aspirations for P3 but need a few solid members to go for it. I’m looking for someone who can communicate well and is active on chat and in game. Can take/plan their lane and also help on shared/boss island fights. Also have a strong roster to be able to place R4 6*/R1 7* whilst being able to have good options for attack.
Multiple paths available at the moment looking for paths 9, 7, 6 and 4. Must have tier 4 experience and confidence in said path and more.
We run AQ map 5 epic modes with a “hit 250 mill then whatever” approach
BGs usually 1-10% with a 50k min to ensure everyone contributes.
