How does this happen?

I’m trying to 100% uncollected when I finished the last path but it ended up like this after I completed it? Does anyone know why this would happen?

    It's because of the horrible design.

    They corrected a design that looked like a hate symbol and screwed it all up. I've sent a few support requests in and they say it's a visual glitch but I don't think I got the awards they say I did.
