How long between war seasons?

We don't usually do off-season wars, but some members didn't hit all the milestones in the Cap AW event. Will the next season start in time to finish up or do we need to run a couple off-season wars?

    Lots of low tier allys don’t run AW off-season, allows players to have a break from the game mode. Loyalty didn’t matter that much when you use only the 40% revival … let’s see now if that changes when the loyalty store gets the update
