Season start rewards will make me lose elders marks because it claims automatically

Hi,

I'm sitting at above 8k elders marks at the start of the season, after 5 matches played it seems it claims the rewards automatically, which means I"ll lose around 1k elders marks, not sure why these aren't just objectives or rewards you can claim afterwards.

Is there a way we'll not lose these elders marks?

That was my concern. This should have been a claimable reward that gives at least a week to claim. Now, I will have wasted a bunch of elders marks by not using them last season. Terrible.

Not looking for compensation of anything lost - we should absolutely be mindful and manage our own resources, but if this could be something we have to actively claim (like an in-game mail?) rather than just automatically be given to us, it might help?

Maybe the team could either remove the cap or make it a stash thing like energy refills and dust. I feel like if this would be done there would be a positive reaction.

I get the incentive to either "use it or lose it" but how difficult would it be to simple not make rewards claimable once you hit the cap? Still having a timer on the rewards forces players to use what they have before they're able to claim more, lest risk losing out on them, but at least that way they're not accidentally hitting cap and then losing currencies. This way, they're more aware that they need to use these resources.

I think the simple solution is just not have it Auto Claim, put it in the Rewards Stash.

Players can claim it whenever in their own time.

Is there a place that actually states the caps on all of these currencies/items in-game? I understand that in some of the quick view options It doesn't have to say it, but I don't think you should have to comb the forums or something to see an item limit that isn't hinted at in-game until you hit it and lose things.
