Lost Progress

I was in a quest in 6.4.6 on the grandmaster fight, and had him down to 20%. It took a lot of revives and I closed the app for an hour I come back and I got taken out of the quest. I lost all the progress and it’s making me do it again. It sucks but idk what could’ve possibly made it do that.
