Just block all 7*R2 accounts u fight especially in bronze easy fix. Kabam thinks it's "fun" for casuals to have to face whales so early.

Alright I'm gen z as hell, but I really have to wonder what exactly "dog water" means. Like I get that it's saying something is bad, but what is bad about dog water? What is dog water? Is it water for dogs to drink? Water that dogs have swam around in? Water made out of dogs? Dog shaped water? It's a conundrum really.

Yeah, I just played the biggest account in the game while at 16k prestige. Not a fan of seeding since playing the objectives would get me to gc about a week before season ends and would be a nice pace. Now I either don’t play half the season or play whale city which isn’t that fun for me.

I've seen this suggestion many times and it's not a solution. The competition lasts for a month. It's not reasonable to tell people to just sit it out for a week, 2 weeks, etc.

Go out there give 'em hell! Show them account size doesn't matter when you have the ultra skill sets.

It won't matter when there's only a small percentage who even want to play it anymore.

As a paragon that got stuck last season, have yet to see any accounts that weren't much more developed then mine, I thought it was supposed to be open season where everyone in your bg tier was fair game.

No, it'll just sort itself out over the next few days. You might not want to accept it, but if you can't win now then you should wait will the Paragons move out of Bronze.

It feels fine, lesser experience players should have a hard time to reach their plateau as well.
Why should it be easy for them to reach plat 2 or whatever their peak is, when its the top rewards they can get.

I am Paragon, and I've been saying what's going to happen for over a month. Participation is high now because there are Objectives. That will pass. Keep pushing it to be "harder and harder" for anyone who isn't the very best, and it will dwindle.

Then you should have no problem moving up the ranks.

Exactly participation is high because there are objectives, so you will have people that didn't care much during season 10, probably strong people as well. Same thing happened during season 9 where you needed almost 200 points to get out of URU. It will balance out eventually.

It matters. I'm not sure why you have a hard time seeing that, but the game mode depends on participation. Not just the strongest Players.
Also, yes. It's a competition. One that is meant to have the strongest progress the highest. Not one that requires that anyone who isn't the strongest is completely roadblocked.
As I said, good luck with that. The unfortunate part is, there are those of us who actually want to see the game mode continue to be successful and see people motivated to keep trying and progressing. Not just settling for a couple Objectives every few days or every month.

You have been playing this game for 7-8 years
You should know by now that as long as Kabam dwindles a carrot on a stick people won't quit.
They will spam revives, spam pots, spam elder marks, spam victory shields. It really doesnt matter as long as there is a reward.
Stop lying to yourself, the game mode is successful as it is, they were looking for the top 8 to take to the brawl, not the top 8 of each progression level (just 1 example).
People want easy or accessible rewards, that's all they want.

Disagree. There is a point where people will stop caring about the Rewards. It's the Inverted U theory. A certain amount of pressure is productive up to a point. Once it crosses that threshold, it won't matter.
If people are spending Match after Match after month after month getting nowhere, they will stop. Believe me.

I'm not a communist at all. I don't want everyone getting the same. I want a system that rewards Players for playing skillfully, but there are more Players and more skill levels than just "the best vs. everyone else". Most Players aren't even trying to be at the top. They're trying to play for reasonable progress over time.
