I completed (100%) the Event Quest Throbebreaker difficulty and then became paragon.
So should I need to explore the Event Quest again for the entry item of Paragon Gauntlet?

Paragon gauntlet ticket is in solo objective

You need to be Paragon before exploring the TB EQ.

You can try and send a ticket, that's what I've seen others do. But there's no guarantees
