BG Matches Being Dodged

Day 1 of BGs, and I've already had 15 matches dodged. It's annoying. Penalize the accounts que dodging with a 5 minute timer so they learn to knock it off.

    I appreciate the... positive vibes... but still annoying to be q dodged so many times.
