Never got BG season rewards

Finished gold 3 and around 100k points in BG and never got season rewards. Put a ticket in and kabam said I needed to finish in vibranium for rewards. I have others in the alliance who finished below me or at the same and still got rewards.

    Also didn’t get alliance season rewards either

    Season rewards are only for people in the gc. If you finish in the victory track there is no additional rewards. Only the solo and alliance events

    That’s what I’m trying to say. I didn’t get any of the solo or alliance rewards after the BG season finished.
