I cant get to do the Paragon Gauntlet

in Bugs and Known Issues
To get Paragon, I had to 100% Thronebreaker right? but Im not able to claim the ticket. Is it a bug or was it bad timing? Bcus im kind of annoyed if its the latter

    You need to be Paragon as well.

    Im now Paragon after 100% Thronebreaker event, im far passed completing Act 7 and Im caught up in regards to the story, meaning I’ve beaten the Act 8 bosses and have 3 R4 6*’s, yet I cant claim it

    Submit a ticket to support. To get the objective for Paragon you would have had to complete TB as Paragon.

    Maybe its because of the timing of me fully exploring Thronebreaker EQ while also getting Paragon to get the rewards to achieve Paragon title
