If someone have 5 accounts and he is sending these crystals to his main id so that is not illegal. That is fair if the accounts are made genuinely and not by mods

    its not against ToS as long as your not using third party software to get those accounts past level 17.

    From what I've got answered, it's 3rd party apps that allow someone to create multiple accounts back to back. Like hundreds or thousands. And even play automatically, which would still count as bot and cheating
