Ascend 5* Hulkling or take 6* Sersei to r3 ??

I am confused whom to take up . I am low on isos so wanted to check who will be a better investment . Hulkling is not levelled up yet .

you don’t need iso to ascend if that’s a concern- you can ascend at any rank

I know you don't need isos to ascend...but you need them to level up and i am low on isos .. that's what i meant.

You can ascend Hulkling and rank him up laster so you can do both. I would always rank up a 6 star over a 5 star unless it's between a Hulkling 5 star against someone like Groot (sorry Groot army) 6 star. As the game progess the 5 starare needed less and less. I don't think I have use a 5 star for anything but arenas for over 2 years now.

5* don't really have any use these days and ascension doesn't change that. I appreciate everyone is at differ levels though so if you're a cav player for example then maybe 5* ascended hulkling will help you out much more but for longevity I'd definitely go with sersi, even in that situation.

Can't you do both? And then level up Sersi as and when you get the iso? It's not like ascension requires any rank up materials or iso 🤷‍♂️
