I took a break from mcoc at may and returned now. When and why the energy costs are updated for eq? What is that paragon only Event quest and what are the rewards? Can anyone quickly summarise it for me please?

The energy costs are updated in a way that it costs a little more energy for completion but less energy overall for the exploration.

Paragon gauntlet can be unlocked once you have completed TB EQ 100%
