I have just 25 sig stones for sl if that's the choice. Will it be enough for rol?

Yes, if you can keep a combo then it will be enough for SL. X23 is great unduped. SL is a god though once awakened.

With money of course, you can buy it with the units offers.
I went for sl, rank 3 and sig 26. Did ws with 265 hits.
