Double dash back broken for android post 13.1

I dont believe iphone users have seen this. But from my experience and discussions with others, double evade / dash back is broken....again. It worked after the update a few days ago. It was great playing at full ability again! But after the android server crash issue, it is like it was before update.
VooDoo's dash back is super short again
All dash backs are slow
Double dash back is broken
Its become unplayable with the harder content and android users are at a clear disadvantage in what is supposed to be a competitive game. If this isnt refixed quickly i dont know why android players would keep playing. I wont be.
