Purchase a new 7* or 8 6* basics ?

Wanted to check what do you all think would be a better value for 400k incursions artifacts . Current pool doesn't looks too interesting except Hulkbuster who is amazing from the get go and he along can be worth 400k artifacts , or to go for 8 6* basics ?

I think it depends on where you are in the game. But given the amount of posts you have done, seems like you are probably pretty far.

Do you really need any 6 stars? even then, small chance of getting the ones you don't have/the ones you want.

8 basics could net you almost 1/3 of a basic 7 star, if all pulls were max sig

A new 7 anyday over a 8 6s as ur getting what be 15k for a 7 where as a 8 6s wont even be close to even half that so the 7 new is way worth it

I've honestly been torn about this as well seeing as I'm still hunting a few 6 stars (Warlock, Abs Man, Scorpion to name a few) and the 7 stars in this Crystal aren't really peaking my interest seeing as most need awakening and high sig.

To each their own, but I used the artifacts on 6-stars because I was close to opening a new 7s crystal and wanted the 7s shards for the chance at a dupe (success). Now I am one dupe away from a Titan crystal.

Lets say you dupe at least 7 of those 8, that nets you around 2,000 7 star shards, which is already worth far more than a 7* Ronin

4 of the 6 are solid and of the two remaining (Namor and Ronin) there are at least some compelling features as well.

I chose the 7* and pulled Mojo. Which made me happy.

If you dupe 6x 6* champion, assuming each is max sig200.. max sig crystal is only few 7* shards.. so it will not be equal to 7* 15k shards.. sooner than later.. if MCoC is still around, a 7* champion will get you further in the game... hope you pull a champion who you like.

A lot of the 7* champions in the incursions crystal need high sig to reach max potential. While that might sound disappointing if you pull one of them and then can't use them properly right off the bat, having a small pool of good but sig-thirsty champions might actually be a good thing and pulls there shouldn't be discounted simply because you don't have them awakened. Simply put, you're more likely to actually awaken them than you would if they were just in the basic pool.

For example, Namor was one of my first 6* champions back in the day but I only recently awakened him, and that was with a gem because my god, I got so tired of waiting to dupe him naturally. However, if there had been a pool of six 6* champions (including him) back when I first started collecting 6* champions, I could have focused my efforts a lot easier and not only duped him but possibly sig'd him up naturally.

I'm not saying it'll be easy, but it'll be easier than it would be in an ever-increasing basic pool. Therefore, I see some value in the incursions pool despite it maybe not looking too enticing at first glance.

Plus, some of the champions don't need to be awakened for Battlegrounds. Cap's awakened ability doesn't matter at all and Mojo will be a horrible defender regardless of sig level. Both of those abilities are aimed at questing. In BG, they probably work great even unduped.

So I would go for the 7*. In fact, I just went for the 7* crystal. Got a Ronin.

If you're at the point in the game where you can get a 7*, it is most likely that 6*s are of no use to you. Go for the 7* @Rohit_316

Other than the fact that this is a unique pool that you can't get anywhere else for the forseeable future, it has some really good champs (All bangers, personally) and while most of them benefit a lot from high sig, Kabam actually made a high IQ play by adding a very limited pool that we can keep going back to, thus ensuring that most people will dupe them early. the value of the 7* incursions crystal drops if you keep buying other things, but it is still much better than just opening a ton of 6*s unless you just barely have any 6*s and need roster development.

I think opening 6*s for sigs and 7* shards, instead of opening a cheaper 7* is a bit nuts, but to each his own.
