Finally got my first 7* Tech - he any good in the current BG Meta?

Guessing with the armor up buff he might be?

Not my favorite, but I’ll admit I’ve not put him through the paces since his buff. Trying to figure out if I should put in the effort to learn him.

He's not the fastest but can still put in solid work

I really like him in this meta. Sp1 removes prowess to get furies, sp2 does big damage.

Can be a decent Bishop counter. I haven’t really used mine much and wish he had a little more to him.

I haven't tried him for this meta specifically but he's a really solid champion against various tricky mutants since he has easy access to prowess-removal. I guess that works against everyone in this meta. And yeah, now that I read what happens when you remove prowess (you gain a small fury buff for every prowess removed, and he can remove several per SP1), I think he would be pretty decent against a lot of defenders.

His armor up is pretty beefy and he can gain a really sizeable energy resistance if you use his prefights, so he can deal with a decent number of champions since he can mitigate different types of damages. He's pretty tanky.

I still really want him as a 7*. He's much better than a lot of people give him credit for.
