Reworking some synergies, Super Skrull,Sauron and Mangog

I know that Sauron one doens't look soo big but i'm working on changes on his Kit that will make difference

Maybe changing the Supre Skrull from "Energy Vulnerability last indefinitely" to "EV last indefinitely while you are on Overload mode" could work. On the other side, the Falter cooldown would be on another sinergy and not on the same one, that seems kinda OP to me or even on his base kit but yeah, that's my comment.
