Warned twice for just asking for help

I've had so much trouble at this point and there's not much I can do now, Kabam mods would rather warn me about my posts instead of helping me because their support sucks ass and I cant even do something as simple as changing my email with their stupid support that does not help in the slightest. I went on the forums looking for help and they have been just warning me for asking for help. This is insane to me as I've been a loyal player to MCOC for years now and they treat me like ****. Mods just PLEASE help me change my email because your support wont do it.

That is not how this works.

The mods in the forums, or the community managers, do not handle account recovery requests. Nor would we allow someone in the forums circumnavigate the necessary steps provided by the support team. You weren't warned for asking for help, you were warned for coming to the forums and saying "support sucks" and then proceeding to go on about receiving warnings for breaking forums TOS.
