What is the 7* rank 3 requirements?

Hey Anyone who's having a 7* r2, can you post a screenshot of the rankup material requirements for 7* rank 2 to 3? I searched the web but couldn't find it, neither do I have a 7* r2 to verify on my own... Really wanna see how t4 alpha and t7 basic looks like. So bless me with the infographic 😇

Greater banquet crystals will have some fragments. Maybe Cyber deals too, but very little. Plus there will be some in the rank rewards for like top 3-5 alliances and top50 solo events.
The Brawl winner will get the first 7r3 in October and the mega super duper whales will get 1, maybe 2 in December

How long before we see T4 Alpha you think?

Either in the 8.3 completion offer or cyber Monday. Besides the brawl winner getting a r3 probably won't be able to get one until gifting event is my educated guess.
