Hercules awakened ability not working in incursions?

I was playing sector 6 in incursions and I checked the nodes and when I was getting hit by basic attacks my immortality didn't activate

I’m liking apoc a lot more in these incursion runs. He heals between fights, and his immunities are permanent for an infinite number of rooms once gained, including disorient. And a lot of the hacks benefit him.
