AW global node doesn’t turn off with boss kill

Just experienced this today myself. Even though the defensive tactic global node is sourced from the boss according to the map, it is still active after it’s defeated. We’re running in tier 2, facing sugar pill, if that matters.

I think I saw it mentioned in a discussion somewhere when the new map got released, but apparently it slipped through the cracks.

    I’m kinda good at reading between the lines, but I don’t see how the intention could be anything other than turning off the global by killing the boss. 🤔

    They changed it, confirmed by members of the ccp with direct access to kabam's staff. No idea why it wasn't announced. Probably because of the 9 "mini bosses" you can now access the boss by killing 2 of them only. So theoretically one person could now do 4 fights besides their path and then kill the boss. Meaning it would be turned off for 40 or so fights. It was possible to take the boss out before with only 2 people but now one person could do it and it would be significantly easier.

    The global node will not turn off the defensive tactic anymore. That description on the boss node will be changed.
