When will summoner choice take place? And do they add all champs by summoner choice or only some champs by summoner choice. Also will they ever add a non Marvel character? As part of a crossover.

The winner always gets added, and they sometimes add runner ups a few years later but there is no guarantee

Don't expect your Doom to be added to the Summoner's choice list of champs though, and don't expect him to ever be added. We got 2 Dooms already, and to make Emperor Doom into a playable character you'd have to severely lower his power level. And as for a boss, I doubt that too because it doesn't make much sense at this moment in the story narrative Kabam is creating
