You became Paragon after 100% exploring the monthly EQ. You didn't have the solo milestone active when you finished, so it couldn't mark as complete.

Open a ticket with Kabam support and they will complete the milestone for you, so you can claim the ticket that will allow you entry into the Paragon gauntlet.
