Why can’t I rank up?

Im uncollected and friend is also uncollected without sigil but lets him have 7 t2 alphas but i can only hold 4

Same issue with 6* R2 i have all resources but doesn’t let me hold the 3 t5 basics so i can rank up

Increase your level

This is what happens when you get overpowered champs and haven't really played long (you are a level 38)

Just throw on some experience boosts and get that level up, it will increase your inventory capacity
