I haven't received it.

Probably they kept the same settings from their last message - the one with the "spending survey" addressed to paying players - so the non-spending players didn't get it --- but this is just my personal opinion.

This is conditioned to go out to everyone. The livestream is, and always will be, for all Summoners - we would never try to gate it to one subgroup or another.

I didn't get the last survey and I didn't get the last announcement about the Twitch live stream.

I have my main and 3 alts. I got the in game message in one of them but not the other 3.

Just saying. There is some kind of delay or omission happening. Probably just a delay but can’t completely discount the second.

It's not an invitation card. You receive it or not, the security guards will still allow you for twitch livestream.
