I have resources to rank to TWO of them’
Who should I rank up?

I tend to CGR, Ultron, Magneto and Kingpin because I know they’re considered amazing but who is the best of them (2)?
Is there another great champion I haven’t thought about?

Kingpin, CGR and Magneto are your best bets. Ultron is great but you would want to awaken him to get that additional utility.

I would do Magneto for sure to help with your progression and one of CGR or Kingpin for damage.
