Why is this happening when trying to purchase 6* shards in BG store?.

When I tried to purchase 30,000 shards in BG store, I got the "error" message. Restarted phone, tried to purchase again, got the same message.

So I decided to purchase 1,000 shards to see if that would work. It did, but it charged me 8000 bg tokens instead of 450! And the limit is showing that I purchased 1,000 shards 15 times, but I didn't!

What is going on?

If you look at the limit available, it looks like you actually purchase 16 like @Badah said. I would check to see how much 6 star shards you have now.

No. I didn't buy 16. I tried to buy all 30,000 with 13,500 tokens, as you can see in the first pic, but it blocked me from doing that. So I bought 1,000 for 435 tokens, but it charged me 8,000 tokens, and reduced my remaining limit to 15, when it should be 29 since I only purchased shards once.

That's not right.

If you look at the limit available, it looks like you actually purchase 16 like @Badah said. I would check to see how much 6 star shards you have now.

I have 494K. Its right there in 2nd screenshot. I had 493k BEFORE I tried to buy all of the shards. The game blocked me from doing that, but allowed me to buy 1,000 shards for what was supposed to be 435 tokens, but it charged me 8,000 tokens.

I've bought plenty of shards from BG store before with no problems until now.

No they're not SUPPORT, but 1). they STILL need to know what's going on, and 2)..SUPPORT always encourages us to post issues in the forum in case others have a solution.

They absolutely won’t tell you to do that. I’ve never had a bad interaction with support, they’ve always been extremely helpful. Maybe just consider being respectful and they’ll help you out.

Well I have had more bad interactions with Support than good, however, I have never been instructed to post on the forums about my issue either.

Anyone got any updates on this situation? Support just responded to me asking for a screenshot of the error, which I can't really provide considering I thought it was a visual glitch at the time. Anyone hear anything else?

Happening with sig stones as well…. After playing around and being able to buy a few, I was informed I now have to wait 30 days to buy more. The store is jacked.
