Negative Balance

Greetings Kabam. My account was negative, I now have the funds to reverse the process, but now when I go to the unit store, I don't see the option to buy any units with the color purple. What do I do?

    I don’t think you purchase Purple Units (as in some different type of Units).

    I think that the ONLY offer(s) available would be for paying off this negative balance.
    (Because the only things you should be able to purchase would be towards paying off the negative amount.)

    I thought the same thing. But when I go to the unit store it isn't available. So I went on the actual Kabam website to the store and I purchased star lords loot for same amount that I was negative and I'm still unable to purchase a or use units on the actual game app

    With the Online Store being new, and while it does in some way convey purchases into your game account, I doubt it is linked into the game in such that you can pay off your Negative Balance using the Online Store.

    In game, there should indeed be an entry in the Unit Store for you to purchase that will bring your account current. (if not there, submit a Support Request/Ticket and ask why not).
