Rank 4-5 Gem Worth?

Is this loyalty selector worth ~1300 units? I would need to buy 300k loyalty. I’m TB and don’t even have 1 rank 4 6* yet so the gem would collect dust for a while.

If you were going to go for it, the 7* would serve you better at that stage.
