Featured Champions in Unit Store

Ever since I obtained being uncollected when a new champion is released for purchase in the unit store they are now only 4 star instead of 3 star. I think it would be great to be able to choose not only for preference but also for our wallets.

Has this happened to anyone else or am I missing something? Or does this not interest anyone?
