Now Paragon But Gauntlet Refuses To Unlock

Hi Kabam,

I've just completed the paragon milestone and I have 3 6 stars at Rank 4 (inf. Iron Man is R5). I've restarted the game, heck even re-completed one of the quests in thronebreaker difficulty EQ, yet the Paragon gauntlet wouldn't unlock.
Any explanation as to why this is happening?

    You need to have been paragon before exploring EQ. A ticket to support may help but the timeline is short before the quest expires.

    Entry to the Gauntlet requires the item that you get from the “Theonebreaker Explore” Objective, but that is only available for those ALREADY at Paragon.

    So completing TB EQ before becoming Paragon DID NOT allow you to have the item needed to enter the Gauntlet.

    Same issue commented on every month when people become a next progression AFTER having already completed the task in which they hope would become available to them retroactively once they achieved that new progression.

    It does not apply retroactively, just have to wait until next month to start benefitting from complete Paragon status.
