in Bugs and Known Issues
While using Domino to fight Quicksilver I notice that after parrying QS and his auto evade not working because of Domino's Critical failure I still got Whiplashed. Shouldn't him not evading cancel the whiplash?

I also have a video of this but can't seem to be able to upload it here.

    His abilities say “when he WOULD evade” meaning that even if he doesn’t he still has a chance to inflict whiplash. Not a bug
