Cap IW

With this update, Cap IW doesn't have benefit for AW and I ranked him up to R4 just for AW purposes, will it be a compensation for this? It should be. If I would've known this issue, I would've ranked Anti-Venom instead of Cap IW

Kabam Miike says it is a bug. Those who lost their DECAY tag will be getting it back soon, while those that inadvertently had it added (TITANIA) will be left as-is (will keep it) for rest of this season.
