Not letting me enter PARAGON GAUNLET.. WHY?

I don’t understand why it’s not letting me enter paragon gaunlet. When I go to task to claim the paragon gaunlet ticket it shows i have not completed the event 100% which I have 100% and I have completed all 4 requirements to enter paragon gaunlet, which are:

1. Must be paragon
2. 3 rank 4 6 STAR champions
2. Completed act 7 chapter 4
3. Fully explore thronebrealer difficulty.

Any information would help alot. Thanks!

Did you become Paragon after 100% EQ?
Contact support they will help you.

Did you get paragon with the rewards from Thronebreaker eq? If so, the game won’t register it and you’ll have to reach out to support
