Filling a retirement alliance

I am looking for members to fill a retirement alliance. I have 18 now, mostly players that got tired of the grind, life got too busy. I will start map 5 AQ each week so you can get some glory. No expectations. I'm open to doing a war if you want one. Most of us log in daily but sometimes not.
