Arena practice with all champs

Hi all,
First of all ,english is not my first language, so sorry for any mispelled or weird way of explaining, but here goes nothing, haha.
it’s a bit strange we can only practice against champs in our own roster.
It would be nicer if we could get an arena tab with all the champs with possibility to choose a specific champ you don't own, with the difficulty you want.
That way we can practice some more for the milestones we want to reach.
For Example mr sinister is not a random champ that pops up at any path.
So maybe this would be an absolute must to step up the game.
I have a skill ussue like many have, and this would really be helpfull.
Practice makes u better, but if you don't own the champs, well..
What do you all think guys? Opinions?
