Battleground mastery set up !!!

I have this doubt regarding BG mastery set up
Does that mean we can Change our mastery and use in BG and change back ur mastery like before
For example, I use suicides and I changed my mastery and removed suicides
Now if I update my mastery in BG it'll be No suicide mastery set up, then if I modify my mastery set up to suicides again will it change in BG deck as well or will it be non suicide set up
I'm confused if it'll be suicide or non suicide
Can anyone help me with this?

When you go to Save your mastery for BG, it will save it as it is at that time, and then that Mastery Setup will be saved for use in BG no matter what you change your normal use setup to be afterwards.
(And can Save up to 3 different Mastery Slots, I believe, by “purchasing” extra slots. The 1st slot for BG is free).

Only if you have NEVER saved a BG Mastery setup, will BG just use your current/active Mastery setup.

** I don't believe it is as intelligent enough yet to allow you to EDIT a BG Mastery Slot Setup (as in, load into the setup trees what is currently in that saved BG setup and let you make minor tweaks to it).
So, I believe the setup trees always start with what your current/active setup is. So when wanting to make a single change for BG setup, you have to start with your current/active setup and redo the entire thing back to what you want your BG setup to be + that one additional change you want to make, and then re-save it as your BG setup. And then revert it all over again back to what you want your NON-BG setup to be (for normal use) again.

Well he's been in top charts in BGs so there's nothing wrong to ask him regarding this 😄

    Since, I've been using Suicides
I can change my mastery to normal and clear the BG deck and re-add champs and saving the set up then I can switch back to suicides but it won't effect BG unless I save
    Is that correct?

Not sure what is the issue, you need to save BG deck on mastery set up you wish to have, you will do that on BG profile...Also you see what mastery you have when use attackers, so it should be easy for you to find out if you have suicides saved or not.
