Alliance quest time boundary.

It's rare that sometimes an alliance manages to complete an alliance quest with all bg 100% .
So my request is , when an alliance does that , can we get an option where that alliance can start next quest immediately as a bonus for completing before time..
And again , it's rare , so you don't need to worry about how much huge amount of extra score earning for alliances all over.
