If you're talking about season rewards then you only get those in the GC when you play at least 1 match

I have not received my rewards either for Vibramium also and I won more than 5 fights and had moved up within it

Mail got the rewards when went to claim never showed up in inventory or resource summary
Has been a couple of days tried turning off then on but still doesn’t show up.
