Is Morbius bugging out for anyone else or am I missing something?

Has anyone else been having difficulty with Morbius' special 2? Despite stacking up well over enough bleeds I've had multiple instances, even against Mystic champions, where the crit consumes all bleeds but only does 2K damage or around that but at the same time I've had matches where it goes off correctly. Is there something I'm missing or is this an actual bug?

    His sp2 is a guaranteed crit only if you have a petrify active on the opponent which is after 10+ bleeds
