Minimums for alliance missions

Good afternoon. I want to propose an idea, to see how likely it is that Kabam can implement it. In our alliance, the people who do BG get upset (with justification), Because there are many who make few points and always get the prizes. The quickest solution, expulsion. But we are a "relax Alliance". We play all alliance modes, but many of us cannot dedicate ourselves 100% to BG (I don't think we are the only alliance in that situation) And recruiting allies becomes a task of months. What is my proposal? Some option, so that the leaders of the alliance can place a minimum of points and that the free riders do not get Milestone awards.
