Most common way is to be one of the 100 fastest to 100% clear the Proven and Conqueror levels of the monthly EQ within the first 2 weeks of its release.

Another way was to reach zone 25 in solo incursions on the highest threat level. Not sure if that is applicable during the normal incursions that run or if it only applies to special event incursions.

I think the incursion legends title is not a regular thing. Just fastest phone, I mean fastest finish on EQ like @obsidiman mentioned above.

1) classic Legend - reach Top 100 of monthly EQ Speedrun
2) Incursion Legend - reach Zone 25 of max difficulty during special Incursion Events
3) AW Legend - be member of #1 AW Alli
4) AQ Legend - be a member of #1 AQ Alli during Map 7 launch week
5) Labyrinth Legend - 1st player to beat LoL
6) Abyss Legend - 1st player to beat AoL
7) OG Legend - 1st Legend ever (BrutalDLX)
