i dont speak speak this langage but i assume the champ with the most unique buff gains power over time, i assume Wiccan / rintrah / tigra or other nullify champ would smash him, there's also valk that would work just keep hitting his bloc to not give him buff.

how is he not working tho ? you should be able to cance lhis buffs to trigger

Force of will node won't let you place debuffs that will stop them getting buffs .. wiccan won't work as good either

I have notice it

for hulkling there specially, Longshot or hood do great. Force of will makes it such that neutralize champions cannot be used there.
