Decay not working with Morbius

Tried taking a hazard shift node with decay morb, assuming that with enough bleeds he wouldn't take any damage. The debuff damage wasn't reduced at all, and I know that other decay champs would have taken 100% reduced damage with 3+ debuffs on the defender. Tried again to see if it was a weird one-time glitch, but it happened again. Real salty about those deaths. Saw someone say that it only works if he's awakened but that's not mentioned in game and would be so random.

Who was the defender, and what was the debuff (bleed shock etc)?

I've used Morb every War since he came out and I take someone from the Hazard shift island each time with no problem, so there's something else going on.

It was void on incinerate/poison, I was taking both the debuff damage and void passive damage

I believe the resistance is applied at the time you get the DOT, so any DOTs you got before the had 3 bleeds will still be doing damage.

Oh and this very important thing:
* Void's damage applies to every debuff you have, regardless of its nature or origin
* Void''s damage is NOT a DOT, so Decay won't help it

So a flame debuff on you
* The Decay resistance will prevent the flame damage
* The Decay resistance will NOT prevent Void's damage

In that match up your going to melt.

You were probably just taking the damage from void. It can get really beefy
